Both theoretical and empirical papers are welcome. The deadline for receiving submission is April 30, 2010. We prefer to receive one submission by one person, unless different papers will be presented by different co-authors. To encourage interactions among participants, the Center is setting up a visiting program during the time of the conference. Participants of the conference are invited to stay at UIBE for a longer period of time (before/after the conference); e.g., one week or two weeks, with the conference included in the period. Accommodation and office space, subject to availability, will be provided to some visiting scholars.
