随着经济全球化的深化，作为区域创新核心要素的产业集群受到国内外学术界的重视。为推动产业集群理论创新与实践探索，交流研究成果，促进产业集群研究创新，中国产业集群研究协调组 、华东师范大学中国现代城市研究中心、211工程“城市化与区域协调发展”项目委员会定于2010年10月15日至18日在上海组织召开“第九届产业集群与区域发展” 国际学术会，会期2天，欢迎国内外学术同仁参加，现将有关事宜通知如下：

参加会议人员需提交学术论文:
1、 论文中英文摘要提交截止时间为2010年9月15日。摘要包括论文题目、作者姓名、单位、联系方式、摘要正文、关键词（2-3个）。摘要字数500字左右，文件格式MS Word。
2、 论文全文提交截止时间为2010年10月8日。论文全文应包括论文题目、作者姓名、单位、摘要、关键词、全文与参考文献。
3、 论文摘要与全文请在规定时间内以邮件附件形式发送至：lltang@126.com和 gzeng@re.ecnu.edu.cn
4、 组委会将对提交的论文进行审核，符合会议主题和学术规范的论文的第一（或代表）作者将被邀请为本次会议的正式代表，并将入选论文进行编辑整理，会前印刷论文集。
5、 会议语言为汉语、英语，请准备英汉双语PPT。
与会费用：
1、 注册费用500元/人（学生300元/人）；
2、 参会者交通费、住宿费自理；

With the advance of economic Globalization, Industrial cluster, as one of the key factors of regional innovation, has become the academic frontier and the hot issue among academe in china and at abroad. For promoting industrial cluster theory and practice innovation and exchanging research results, the 9th international conference on industrial cluster and regional development (ICRD 2010) will be held at East China Normal University (ECNU), Shanghai, China, on October 15-18, 2010. This conference is jointly organized by China Coordination Group for Research on Industrial Cluster , Project Committee of Urbanization and Regional Coordinated Development, ECNU, Project 211, China，and the Center for Modern Chinese City Studies at ECNU. We welcome scholars from different national and disciplinary backgrounds to attend the conference.

Paper Submission：Participants are expected to paper submission.
1. Deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2010. A submitted abstract include the title, a summary of the paper, keywords (2-3 words), and the authors’ names, affiliations, and contact information. Abstracts are limited 500 words and submitted in MS Word.
2. Deadline for full paper submission is October 8, 2010. A submitted paper should include the title, keywords, text, references, tables and figures if necessary, and the authors’ names, affiliations, and contact information.
3. Please send abstract and full paper to: lltang@126.com & gzeng@re.ecnu.edu.cn before the deadline.
4. The conference organization committee will review and select the abstracts and papers based on conference topics and quality of research. First (or corresponding, representative) authors of the accepted papers will be invited as official representatives. The conference organization committee will edit and publish the accepted papers before the conference, with the agreement of the authors.
5. Conference languages are Chinese and English. If a talk is given in Chinese, please prepare the PPT materials in both Chinese and English.
