Professor Zhang received his Ph.D. from University of Warwick, his M.A. from University of Warwick, and his B.A. from Peking University. His research interests include Sovereign borrowing and sovereign debt workout procedures, moral hazard and asset price inflation, banking regulation/supervision and financial liberalization, political economy of monetary policy, and irreversible investment
