Biography:
 
Dr. Regina Lülfs is a researcher and lecturer at the faculty of business and economics at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf, Germany. She holds a PhD from the same university. During her studies at the universities of Paderborn, Düsseldorf (both Germany), and Alicante (Spain) she focused on Environmental and Sustainability Management, Business Psychology, and Organization Theory. Her current research topics cover the areas of corporate sustainability, organizational behavior, and organizational learning. She regularly presents the results of her research at renowned international conferences such as the European Academy of Management Annual Conference and the International Conference on Advances in Management Studies.
