张磊，CFA，纽约证券交易所（NYSE）国际董事兼中国首席代表，系纽交所成立212年以来在中国派驻的第一位首席代表。纽交所是全球最大的证券交易中心，至2004年12月，总市值为18.2万亿美元。现有包括中国大陆，台湾，香港在内的31家大中华区公司在纽交所挂牌。之前，作为基金经理，工作于世界最大的专业投资全球新生市场的投资基金，直接负责十二亿美元的亚洲新兴市场投资。在此之前，亦曾就职于著名的耶鲁大学投资办公室，参与管理110亿美元的耶鲁捐赠基金。在此之前，张磊在新闻集团的投资下在中国进行风险投资。张磊毕业于耶鲁大学工商管理学院和文理研究生院，获工商管理硕士和国际关系硕士；毕业于中国人民大学国际金融专业，获经济学学士。张磊是总部在纽约的海外华人机构投资协会的共同创始人和董事副会长；资本市场译丛的主编并翻译出版了“机构投资与基金管理的创新”。张磊是耶鲁北京俱乐部的副会长和纽约金融分析师协会的会员。
Lei Larry Zhang, CFA, is currently the Director of NYSE International and the Chief Representative to China. As of December 2004, NYSE’s aggregate market-cap is 18.2 trillion dollars, making it the single largest stock exchange in the world. Previously, Mr. Zhang worked for a fund management company with a direct investment responsibility of 1.2 billion dollars focusing on emerging Asia. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang worked for Yale Endowment and was also a cofounder and President of China Startup Inc. a venture incubator funded by News Corp. Mr. Zhang hosts his MBA in Finance and MA in International Relations from Yale University and a BA in Economics majoring International Finance from Renmin University of China. Mr. Zhang is the co-founder and Vice Chairman of the New York based Overseas Chinese Asset Management Association, the editor-in-chief of “capital market series” and translator of “pioneering portfolio management”. Mr. Zhang is the Vice President of Yale Club in Beijing and a member of New York Society of Financial Analysts.
