讲座介绍: The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the most current topics and research methods in the area of quantitative marketing research. The special focus will be on (1) research on social interactions and (2) the applications of behavior economics in marketing.

报告人简历:

Prof. Yuxin Chen is Polk Brothers Professor in Retailing and Professor of Marketing at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He has published many papers in top tier journal like Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing research. He is an associate editor of Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, and Quantitative Marketing and Economics, and he is an area editor of Marketing Science.

His Research Interests include: Competitive Strategies, Retailing, Pricing, Internet Marketing, Database Marketing, Advertising, Structural Empirical Models, Bayesian Econometric Methods, Behavioral Economics, etc.
