John A. Caslione is President and CEO of Andrew-Ward International, Inc. (AWI), a global marketing and sales firm headquartered in Chicago. AWI assists companies to develop and implement global marketing and business alliance strategies.
Dr. Caslione has personally implemented business strategies in 85+ countries on six continents and developed and implemented such strategies for many companies including ABB Semiconductors, Hewlett-Packard, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, etc.
Dr. Caslione began his career with AT&T, and then went on to launch Synergy Links and Technology Staffing Resources, two Boston-based computer staffing resources firms. He led the successful turnaround of a Boston-based personnel services firm acquired by Hestair Ltd, a division of BET Ltd (UK), before launching AWI.
Dr. Caslione speaks in many globally influential business forums and is also a frequent guest lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the Institute for Management Development's (IMD) Program for Executive Development (Lausanne, Switzerland). He is a member of the adjunct faculty of Southern Methodist University's (SMU) Edwin L. Cox school of Business's Executive Education Department.
Dr. Caslione is the author of "Global Manifest Destiny: Growing Your Business In A Borderless Economy" and "Growing Your Business in Emerging Markets: Promise and Perils"
Dr. Caslione has his MBA from the University of New York and his Doctorate of Law from Illinois Institute of Technology's (IIT) Chicago-Kent College of Law.
