一、会议简介
中国企业国际化已历时有年，近几年逐渐进入高潮，引起全球经济界的关注。其中民营企业的国际化尤其引人瞩目，已经涌现出一批国际化的成功案例。在此背景下，浙江大学国际经济研究所拟于2008年晚秋在美丽的西子湖畔主办一次国际会议，以对中国民营企业国际化现实进程考察为引子，进行广泛的理论探讨。
会议将邀请欧、美、日等国及国内这一研究领域的知名学者及民营企业家，从国内外有关企业国际化研究的最新进展切入，围绕中国民营企业国际化论题，进行广泛而深入的研究与交流。
二、主要论题
此次研讨会的主要论题如下：
1、企业国际化一般理论研究；
2、民营企业国际化的路径模式；
3、企业国际化对母国经济的影响；
4、企业国际化模式国际比较研究；
5、新兴市场经济国家的对外直接投资与企业国际化；
6、其他与民营企业国际化相关的论题。
三、会议征稿
1．论文要求
（1）与会议主题相关的理论分析或实证研究而非简单的对策研究；
（2）附有文稿题目、作者姓名、作者单位、不多于 200 字之中文摘要[最好附英文]及不多于五个关键词；
（3）按照一般学术刊物体例排版（最好为word 文档）；
（4）中文、英文论文均可，但须为尚未发表的论文。

Private Enterprises Internationalization International Workshop 2008

１．Overview
Chinese Enterprises Internationalization started many years ago and has gone to the summit recently, which has received much attention from the global economic field. In particular, the private enterprise internationalization is the most conspicuous, which has come out lots of successful cases. In this context, the Institute of International Economics, Zhejiang University will organize an intentional workshop in Hangzhou in the late autumn of 2008. This workshop aims to explore the reality process of Chinese private enterprise internalization and extensively discuss the underlying theories.
The attendants of this meeting, which will include those engaged in academic research and enterprisers, will exchange their ideas on the latest development of enterprise internalization, especially the Chinese private enterprise internalization.
２．Topics
The themes of this workshop will focus on the following areas:
General theoretic studies on the enterprise internalization
The modes of the private enterprise internalization
Enterprise internalization and the interest of the home country
International compare of the enterprise internalization modes
Outward foreign direct investment and private enterprise internalization from emerging economies
Other related issues on the private enterprise internalization
３．Submission
(1) Paper format
Conference themes related theoretical or empirical papers rather than simply policy instructions;
Your paper should include the title, author names and affiliations, abstract (no more than 200 words) and up to 5 keywords;
The format can refer to the academic journal request ;
Unpublished paper.

The deadline for abstract is July 31st , 2008. The deadline for the full paper is September 30th, 2008.
We welcome those who engage in academic research to submit your papers. Universities and research institutes are also welcome. For the best papers, we will provide their authors with accommodation for free.
