实验经济学配对问题和公共产品理论专题系列讲座

2002年诺贝尔经济学奖授予了实验经济学家弗农·史密斯和行为经济学家丹尼尔·卡尼曼，这说明经济管理的实验研究正在得到主流经济学的认同。目前学术界普遍的看法是：实验经济学至少是一种经济学研究方法的突破。实验经济学为传统经济学的研究提供了新的有效的选择，而对经济学长久影响还需要一批经济学家发展和完善实验经济学和行为经济学，并以这一学科的成果去重新思考经济学的现有理论。本次为期五天的系列讲座旨在为学员介绍实验经济学的最新发展。

内容

This short course will cover two topics in the area of mechanism design（机制设计）. The first topic is on public goods, while the second topic is on matching mechanisms. We will go through both the theoretical models as well as experimental studies in these two areas.

 (1) Public Goods: we explore mechanisms that can help groups produce public goods through voluntary contributions. Topics include contribution to online communities, fundraising mechanisms, and contribution to open source software.

 (2) Matching Mechanisms: One of the main functions of many markets and social processes is to match one kind of agent with another: e.g. students and colleges, workers and firms. We will study the properties of different matching algorithms, such as stability. We will then examine some existing matching algorithms and their problems. We will also investigate how to fix the algorithms so that they produce more efficient and/or stable outcomes.

主讲教授简介

陈岩（Yan Chen），现任密西根大学副教授，师从实验经济学界先驱、加州理工学院的普拉特(Charles Plott)，上海交通大学Smith实验经济研究中心副主任。她的研究领域主要为：实验经济学、机制设计和信息经济学。陈岩教授是华裔经济学家中在试验经济学领域取得成绩最多得一个。
