作者简介：
小亨利 C. 卢卡斯 (Henry C. Lucas, Jr.)
纽约大学商学院教授。他于1970年从耶鲁大学获得博士学位，多年来一直从事信息技术与计算机方面的教学与研究，工作出色，曾获得多种奖励和荣誉。他曾是美国计算机协会、管理科学学会、信息技术协会的成员，《美国信息技术学报》主编，《信息与管理学报》、《管理科学学报》、《信息技术管理学报》副主编，在学术杂志上发表论文多篇，主要著作有：《信息技术管理》、《信息系统分析、设计和实施》、《管理信息技术案例》、《信息系统环境》等。
