摘要：
Using multinomial logit model，we investigate the factors influencing thefarmers’ alternative to agriculture, non-agriculture, temporary migrationand permanent migration. We find that improvement of education can retainsurplus farmers to be engaged in non-agriculture jobs in local or promotethem to enter permanent migration sector.
