中国农业劳动生产率省际差异实证分析

摘要：本文通过收敛检验的方法对中国农业劳动生产率的演变趋势进行实证分析，检验结果表明：中国农业劳动生产率省际间没有绝对收敛，只有条件收敛。通过基于回归的不平等分解的方法对中国农业劳动生产率省际间差距进行分解，分解结果表明：生产要素投入是农业劳动生产率省际差距以及差距扩大的最主要原因，同时农业全要素生产率也是解释农业劳动生产率省际差距以及差距扩大的重要因素。土地对农业劳动生产率省际差距的扩大起到了减缓作用，而农业全要素生产率反之起到了加速作用。

Abstract: This paper examines the evolution of inter-provincial disparity in China’s agricultural productivity by using the convergence test, and investigates the factors which affect the disparity by employing the regression-based disparity decomposition approach. The convergence test finds that there is no absolute convergence but merely conditional convergence of agricultural labor productivity China over the period 1986-2005. The decomposition results indicate that production factors contributed more to the inter-provincial disparity and its expansion in China’s agricultural productivity, and the TFP also plays an important role. Farmland plays an obviously negative role in disparity expansion, while TFP plays an obviously positive role.
