Ms. Cecilia Tsim is a veteran in Human Resources, with more than 25 years of experience in Asia, working with both global and Asian firms. Ms. Tsim provides Human resources consultancy including executive search services. Previously she had held senior positions in Human Resources in Asia at the following financial firms: J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Wardley Limited (presently the Investment Banking arm of HSBC) in the past 18 years. At J.P. Morgan, she was Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region. She was also Chief Operating Officer for the Regional Chairman.
Ms. Tsim graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. She subsequently studied Victorian Literature at the University of Manchester, United Kindom.
Ms. Cecilia Crystal, owner of Crystal Consulting Group LLC, is a New York City-based human resources professional with eighteen years consulting experience. Ms. Crystal specializes in the global training and development of busines profeesionals. Prior to setting up her own business, Ms. Crystal worked at Citicorp. as, respectively, Training Manager for Institutional Bank Dept.; Training Product Manager and Associate Training Program Director for Investment Bank Dept. Ms. Crystal worked also at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., United States Senate and State of Utah Department of Community Affairs.
Ms. Crystal obtained her Bachelor in Science-Political Science and Master degree in Public Administration – Management & Organization Theory at University of Utah
